This is a comparison of the before and after pictures of the home. Please notice how I trimmed out all the lower branches of the trees so that you could see the house. We also added the black shutters and black front door. This really highlights the home as you drive up to it. Nice Curb Appeal.

This is a couple of pictures of the front hallway with the hardwood floors. The front door had to be replaced because the original door had been damaged quite a bit from forced entries.

The previous ballister was made out of 2 X 4's and fence posts. I built this ballister which took me the better part of two days. That's where some of the time went.

 

It is well known in the real estate world that the kitchen and master bathroom is what sells a home. Here are some before and after pictures of the kitchen. The cabinets were painted white and have new hinges and knobs (expensive little things). The counter top is now granite tile with a new sink and nice kitchen faucet.

 

 

We replaced all the appliances. You can see that the wrong sized refrigerator is in the before picture. We replaced it with a side-by-side refrigerator which is what the 'cot out' was made for.

Speaking of Master Bathroom, this is a picture down the hallway from the bedroom into the master bath. We replaced the old vanity with a vanity with legs and a granite counter top. We also have new tile on the floor.

Here are a few pictures of the Master Bathroom. We changed out the vanity and installed some updated faucets. It's a little different than you would find homes in this price range.

 

 

A close up of the faucet. This is also a picture of the Master Bath shower/tub. The plumbing behind the wall has been replaced with new updated six inch tiles and faucet system.

We also replaced the counter tops in the shared bathroom and the powder room with granite counter tops, mirrors, lights and faucets.

This is a couple of pictures of the garage. It looked like someone feel through the ceiling. It's all been repaired and the garage has been completely painted.
