The second week was a busy for our contractors. Wayne completed the interior painting and has now started on the exterior painting. We have had to do some extensive repairs to the chimney stack and the bay window that had some water damage from the leaking gutters.

We had to almost take the entire bay window unit out for correct repairs. This is a picture of Dana and Brian after they have torn out all the old wood and replaced it with new 2X4's.

This is a picture of Wayne painting the outside of the house. He painted the complete exterior of the house within two days.

You can see the new color of the house on the front and the old color on the side of the house. We are using a primary exterior color called Blonde with white trim.
