We have now been working on the home for three weeks. The contractors are pretty much finished with the exception of a few loose ends. Ronda and I will start working on the repairs staring this next week.

This is a picture of the new tile in the powder room.

New tile in the shared bathroom upstairs.

This is the new tile in the master bathroom. We tiled the complete floor since we will be installing a new vanity that will have 'feet' in which you can see under the vanity.

This is a picture of the completed shower tiles. I still have to install the faucet handles and shower head.

This is a picture of the new counter top covered with granite tile. This is a fairly new process and is less expensive than many other counter tops in the marketplace. Also notice that we painted the counters a nice off white color.

 

Remember the garage ceiling that was almost missing a couple of weeks ago? Here is a picture of the ceiling repaired and the garage painted.

 

The exterior painting of the house has been completed. Looks nice.

We installed a new pineapple porch light that matches the front porch railing.

 

The bay window and chimney stack have been repaired and painted. Nice job.

The deck has been scraped and stained. This will be a nice place for someone to have a BBQ party.
